Essential maintenance of BALPA servers

This weekend (23-26 January 2026), our new IT partner will migrate most of the BALPA servers from the previous supplier’s environment to theirs. To facilitate this, there will be some unavoidable downtime to all BALPA systems.  

From 18:00 Friday 23 January 2026 to 09:00 Monday 26 January 2026 access to all BALPA systems will be restricted. 


This work is an essential part of our ongoing commitment to develop the infrastructure at BALPA, and we have worked with our IT provider to minimise the disruption to members and staff.  


During this time, you will still be able to access the website and member portal; however, any changes made to your profile on the portal may not be saved. Therefore, we ask that you do not make any changes to your profile on the member portal this weekend. 


The BALPA emergency helpline will remain unaffected during this period for urgent member support.
